Jersey Shore legend Angelina Pivarnick is facing various criminal charges, and her attorney has blamed it on an "adverse reaction" to prescription medication. The 37-year-old reality star is facing a string of criminal charges stemming from an incident last week in her New Jersey pad. Page Six was reportedly told her fiancé Vinny Tortorella was present too.
According to a summons that was issued on Sunday, obtained by TMZ , the charges against her include "simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest." The situation became even more extraordinary when Angelina's attorney spoke out about it. James Leonard Jr told Page Six that the 'very minor incident' was exacerbated by an adverse reaction to prescribed over-the-counter medication.
