VICTORIA Groce has shared the secret to her Jeopardy! success. The newly crowned winner of the Jeopardy! Masters tournament opened up about her background skills and strategy. Victoria beat out Yogesh Raut and James Holzhauer in the finals.
She took home the $500,000 grand prize, a glitzy Alex Trebek trophy, and the title of Jeopardy! Masters Champion. The 43-year-old, who is a game show veteran, and was named World Quizzer of the Year in 2021, took to a Reddit Ask Me Anything to celebrate her victory with fans. When asked about her speed and prowess on the ring-in buzzer, she revealed she's had lots of practice.
"I have both a LOT of musical training on instruments involving finger dexterity (piano and harp, mostly) and have played a LOT of video games over the course of my life," she shared.
