Reigning champion has been defeated. The archivist's came to an end today, June 19, on when she faced against contestants and Tekla Sauter. Drew took the win from Adriana who if she won this game would have joined the leaderboard of legends for consecutive games won, , as stated by host Ken Jennings in the beginning of the episode.

It's an honor reserved for the top 10 players in Jeopardy! history. Drew is no stranger to competition shows, he was on Season 45 of Survivor, he finished in six place in the CBS show. He is the first Survivor alum to be on the trivia show.



When host Ken Jennings asked him about the difference between the two competition shows, he said "Jeopardy! is hard on the mind" while Survivor is "hard on the body." Fans on social media were "sad" to see Adriana go after her 15-day streak but praised her time on the show. One fan on X formerly known as Twitter said "I’m actually a little sad we’re losing Adriana Harmeyer from @Jeopardy after so many days.

" A second fan said "Noooo I really liked Adriana! Wanted to see her get into that top 10 all time." Another said: "Adriana Harmeyer, you had one helluva run. See you in the Tournament of Champions!" A fourth fan said: "Thanks for the great matches, Adriana!" While Jeopardy! may be hard on the mind and he said he didn't want to jinx it, Drew came out on top.
