The EastEnders actress, 31, has daughters Ella, nine, and Mia, five, with husband Dan Osborne , 32, who is also a father to his son Teddy, 10, from a previous relationship. In new Instagram Story she shared a clip of the Mel Robbins podcast, in which a discussion about whether sitting down for long periods of time can destroy a child's health was going on.

She then penned in the caption: 'It's so crazy to me that we send our kids to school to sit for hours everyday. When I see things like this I always toy with home-schooling. 'I just feel like school system is slightly dated now and we all learn so differently.

Pros and cons etc..

. But like school is very similar to prison. That's odd to me.
