Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson present This Morning together Alison Hammond was visibly shocked when she introduced a unique guest on Friday's edition of This Morning. Co-hosting with Dermot O'Leary, they welcomed Erik Sprague, better known as The Lizard Man, via video link from his Texas abode. Erik has famously transformed himself to resemble a lizard through multiple surgeries.

The ITV audience were greeted with the sight of Erik, his body adorned with green tattoos, pointed teeth, scale-like ink patterns, and a bifurcated tongue. Alison, astounded by his extreme body alterations, exclaimed: "Oh my gosh, I'll be honest with you, it has actually taken my breath away just even looking at you. You look incredible!" Erik, who enjoys the shock he causes, was asked by Alison if people often react with surprise in public.



He responded: "I do get it quite a bit! I very often cause people to pause and do double takes, I'm not proud of it but I have caused a couple of traffic accidents over the years," reports the Mirror .
