Opening up to brothers Liam and Luke, Chris, 40, explained why he was training for the "hardest" feat of his life. Hear what he had to say in the video above. "I don't know if it's any less comfortable, or you're just more familiar with being uncomfortable," Chris said of his "brutal" training methods.

Throughout the episode Chris worked closely with sports scientist, Ross Edgley, along with a team of medical professionals to test the benefits of extreme temperature exposure. "There's doing things that test you, doing things that are hard, really pushing beyond the boundaries of what you think is possible," he continued.
