RIO and Kate Ferdinand had plenty to celebrate this weekend - making his eldest son Lorenz with an all-out bash. The pair spared no expense as Lorenz turned 18 , creating a nightclub all their own complete with photo opps, party favours and special cocktails. Lorenz was surrounded by loved ones and family for the special day - who all got specially made sunglasses to take home with "LR18" marked on them.
The birthday boy beamed as he was snapped by stepmum Kate as he had his first legal drink at the bar, with cocktails having edible toppers saying "Lorenz turns 18". Kate snapped tons of pictures of the occasion, cuddling up proudly with Lorenz and Rio at the photo area. Both men wore slick all-black outfits, while Kate wore black trousers with a white bodice top with black bows down the front.
In one clip, Rio was seen playfully teasing his eldest son by pinching his cheeks. The black and white themed bash saw the family dance the night away, with Kate playing with her three-year-old son Cree, who was wearing ear protectors on the dancefloor. Lorenz has only just returned home after following in his dad's footsteps and training with a football squad.
He completed a season at Brighton and Hove Albion' s youth set-up last month. Football is in Lorenz's blood, with three members of his family playing in the Premier League - something he also aspires to. But while dad Rio made his name as a no nonsense centre back for West Ham and Manchester United , Lorenz is doing things his ow.
