After Christmas, I took a long hard look at my family's accounts and made some tough decisions about our streaming services. Paying for four services (if you include the TV licence fee) just seemed excessive when our paychecks were not stretching as far as they used to. So I got rid of Nexflix and Disney+.

But months without my regular line to The Simpsons archive, the Pixar back catalogue and all things nerdy with Star Wars and Marvel, my life was poorer without it. That is when I spotted a deal that has given me access to 12 months of Disney+ for free. Now I use my normal Uber account for the occasional taxi and some food orders, although I prefer Just Eat because I personally think they are quicker, but the Uber One membership deal is available for a limited time (or until 100,000 people have signed up).

With Uber One you have no delivery fees on food, but there is still a small fee to pay when you make an order, mine has been £1.50 on each order. You also get 5% off some Uber Eats deliveries and 5% off some Uber trips.
