When Bono threw a late-night party at his Malibu mansion, Daniel branded the With Or Without You rocker and his friends 'pretentious a**holes' after they blasted music until the early hours.

While he didn't disclose the date, he wrote in his new book Home And Alone: 'By one in the morning, I was out of my mind. 'It turned out he had rented the house to Bono (yes, that Bono), who was having a birthday party for his daughter.'
