With the inside scoop on what men are actually wearing - thanks to his Instagram series where he asks stylish gents on the street exactly that - grooming expert Robin James , Founder of Man For Himself ( @ManForHimself ) shares exactly what to shop. Here's everything you need to know.

It's citrusy and punchy in the opening, drying down to a warm wood and leather base. It is a fantastic everyday, wearable fragrance. Zara Tobacco Collection Rich Warm Addictive, £17.
99 For evening, Zara Tobacco Collection Rich Warm Addictive , is such a bargain! It’s refined and modest yet confident and alluring. Notes of rum, white peony (a powdery floral), and vanilla bourbon make it the perfect evening fragrance. Abercrombie & Fitch First Instinct, £33 For all occasions, Abercrombie & Fitch First Instinct , is a favourite of mine.
Don’t be deceived by the Abercrombie & Fitch branding. First Instinct is a juicy, lively scent that would be just as at home in one of the more niche fragrance brands. With notes of melon, gin and tonic, and an amber base, it’s an easy-wearer with a luxurious dry down.
BEST UNISEX FRAGRANCES Technically, all fragrance is unisex - it’s just scented liquid wit.
