GOOD Morning Britain was left in chaos after former presenter Ben Shephard was a no-show. The broadcaster, 49 - who quit GMB earlier this year for a slot on rival ITV daytime series This Morning - was due to speak to BFF and former co-star Kate Garraway, 57, live from Berlin. Ben had been in the German capital with pal, fellow telly presenter Chris Kamara, and ex GMB anchor Piers Morgan for England's footballing clash against Spain.
Through Monday's episode Kate and Richard Madeley, 68 - who hadn't been seen on the show in weeks before making his comeback - had told how the fan-favourite presenter would be returning. Yet as former England boss Sam Allardyce, 69, and ex England player John Terry, 43, appeared on video links from their respective homes in Bolton and Surrey, Ben was nowhere to be seen.
