GLASTONBURY viewers were left doing a double take at Chris Martin's accent as Coldplay headlined the second night at Worthy Farm. Coldplay kicked off the Saturday night set with their iconic track Yellow before following up with Higher Power and Adventure of a Lifetime. Yet it was during an instrumental section in the latter track where he first addressed fans that sparked confusion. He told the crowds: "OK OK here we go.
"Everybody go low, unless you're 75. "All the way back I see you - lets go." Fans watching the coverage on the BBC were left confused by his seemingly Americanised accent.
