Jo Whiley concerned viewers as her co-host had to step in while she presented live from Glastonbury. The Radio 2 DJ is among the hosts for the BBC's coverage of the iconic music festival. She has been at Worthy Farm, keeping music fans watching from home updated with the must-see performances.

Jo is joined by Clara Amfo, Lauren Laverne and Jack Saunders as they cover the whole weekend so fans don't miss a thing. However, as the fourth day of Glastonbury commenced many viewers noticed Jo appeared to struggle. It became clear the presenter had a croaky voice as she tried to speak.

" Jo eventually addressed her sore throat as an hour and a half into the BBC coverage she said: "Can I just say, I have been having honey and lemon. "I have been having lozenges, everything I could have possibly done I have done, and it's awful timing for this to have happened." Turning to Clara, she added: "Over to you," to which she replied: "I can confirm Jo Whiley.
