He stood shirtless for a mirror selfie after a sweaty workout session as he insisted a "happy mind" equalled a "happy body". The TV hunk put his six-pack on full display as he kept his trousers low to show off his defined shape. Commenting on his bid to gain weight and improve his body ever further, Gaz told his three-and-a-half million followers: "Gym has defo been my go to escape over winter and normally i would of giving up by now but still going strong.
.. "My goal was 13 stone ( 82kg )and atm i am 80/81 ish so hopefully next few months i get there!! "Always struggled with gaining weight so i am proud of this.
