Chatting on with hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, the reality star spoke about the moment she realised something was amiss during a family trip to a trampoline park. Alison probed Gemma about when she first noticed signs of incontinence, and Gemma spilled the beans: it all kicked off while bouncing around, having a blast as "Auntie Gem".
