We celebrate Father’s Day every year on the third Sunday of June, and this year, Father’s Day 2024 falls on June 16. Our fathers are special to us, often like our very first superheroes. As the special day approaches, you might be wondering how to surprise your dad, especially if he says he has everything and insists he does not want anything.

We suggest cooking him something special. It's a thoughtful gesture, and he will appreciate anything you make. If you're unsure what to cook, don't worry; we've got you covered.

We don't want you spending hours in the kitchen instead of enjoying time with him. The recipes we've listed are easy to make and use simple ingredients you probably already have. They're not just easy, but also fun to prepare.

You can either make the dish yourself to surprise him or invite him to join you in the kitchen, and you both can cook up a storm. Either way, we're sure he will love the idea. Nothing says summer like juicy, colourful kebabs grilled to perfection.

Serve succulent kebabs on a bed of crunchy spinach, tomatoes, onions, croutons and cucumber salad, all tossed in a garlicky tahini dressing with a squeeze of lime and plenty of fresh herbs. It's a feast for the eyes and the taste buds! Burgers are all about personal style, and there are endless ways to top them! Top a juicy chicken or aloo patty between two soft buns with crisp lettuce, mustard, mayo, ketchup, and all your favourite veggies like pickles, jalapenos, fried onions, and tomatoes..
