Waking up with a hangover can ruin the memories of a great night out. While an absolute cure remains elusive, Dr. Rhonda Patrick sheds light on some possible remedies.

This suggests a promising direction for hangover relief, yet it's important to note that no human trials have confirmed these results to date. However, animal studies do show that certain fruits, including star fruit, Chinese quince, yellow lemon, pear, and Java apple, have been effective in decreasing ethanol levels.
