bulletin, the state weather bureau said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by easterlies. Meanwhile, Batanes and the Babuyan Islands are expected to experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to a frontal system. The public was warned against possible flash floods and landslides.
PAGASA said the country may also experience light to moderate winds. It added that sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 5:26 a.m.
