Music producer and world famous DJ Diplo, who is known for being part of groups like Major Lazer and Jack Ü, has been sued by an unidentified woman, referred to as Jane Doe, for distributing revenge porn. The lawsuit, which was filed on Thursday in California, is the second accusation against Diplo for the same transgression in less than a year. According to Jane Doe's suit, she and Diplo were entangled in an intimate relationship from June 2016 to October 2023.

They first struck a conversation on Snapchat in April 2016 when she was 21 years old. Diplo, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentz, allegedly invited the unidentified woman to his Manhattan hotel room in June 2016, beginning their years-long intimate relationship. Later, in November 2023, she found out that Diplo had been, allegedly, distributing personal videos and pictures of their sexual encounters without her consent, according to the complaint.
