James Bond icon Daniel Craig looked worlds away from his usual self in new pictures on the set of the next instalment of Knives Out. The 56-year-old actor usually rocks cropped hair for most of his roles and his life. In the first two Knives Out movies, Daniel - who plays the role of detective Benoit Blanc in the film series - looked dapper with short hair and casual fits.

But it looks like his character had a little switch-up for the upcoming movie, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. In new pictures taken on set, the No Time To Die actor looked different with shoulder-length grey hair. He transformed into a true detective in a classic beige trench coat over his light-blue button-up shirt, blue tie and trousers.

He was seen walking through a park while hiding from the sun in tortoiseshell sunglasses. Daniel, who is reprising his role as Benoit, was filming scenes with Mila Kunis - who was dressed as a local sheriff - and Josh O'Connor. In one picture, James Bond actor Daniel smirked as hair stylists and the makeup team surrounded him to touch him up in between filming scenes.

The director, Rian Johnson, revealed on social media on Monday that they just started filming for the third instalment. He said: "Aaaaand we’re off! Today is day 1 of shooting on the next Benoit Blanc mystery Wake Up Dead Man - see you on the other side," along with a black-and-white picture of Daniel rocking a three-piece suit. Fans were excited seeing him with long hair and rushed to the comment.
