LOVE ISLAND fans have been left raging over their belief the annual heart rate game was "set up to cause drama". In what is now annual tradition, this year's islanders were strapped to heart rate monitors to perform sexy dance routines for each other. Stripping down to tiny outfits for the occasion, the girls performed for the boys before the boys did the same.

After that, the results were read out - with some surprising reveals hinting that islanders had been hiding secret attractions. Ciaran Davies and Nicole O'Brien, who have been coupled up from the start, ended up in a row after Ciaran's heart rate went up most for Grace Jackson. Other surprise reveals was Grace getting flustered most over Ayo Odukoya, despite being coupled up with Konnor Ewudzi and being in a flourishing romance with Joey Essex.

Ronnie, who has been stuck in a triangle with Jess and Harriett throughout the show's run, also fuelled the trouble with his heart rate going up the highest for Jess. But fans of the show have been unconvinced by the results, believing they were 'rigged' deliberately to cause drama. Taking to X (previously Twitter) one wrote: "These results may have been fixed for obvious reasons #loveIsland" "Heart rate challenges are always fixed and a waste of time.

#LoveIsland" said a second. "If we’re being honest, Mimi’s Heartrate was rigged," said a third. "Konnor legit just held her hand up ! But love this for her #loveisland" Here's how the results of the game played out BOYS RESULT.
