Peaky Blinders is making an epic return with Cillian Murphy . It has been officially confirmed that Netflix , in association with BBC Film, has picked up a Peaky Blinders movie. Production is set to start in late 2024 , according to Deadline .

Oscar winner Cillian Murphy will be reprising his role as the lead Thomas Shelby, while Tom Harper, who directed multiple season 1 episodes, is set to direct the film. The show’s creator, Steven Knight, has written the script.
