CAROL Vorderman has hit out at a major BBC star and demanded that she is replaced from her self-titled TV show. The former Countdown star launched the shock attack on the star in a scathing Tweet. Carol was left suggesting that the Beeb's biggest politics star Laura Kuenssberg be dumped from her Sunday morning TV show and be replaced by fellow TV star and accomplished BBC broadcaster, Victoria Derbyshire .
Her comments come after Laura was subjected to much backlash for her interview with Liberal Democrats leader Ed Davey . Disgruntled viewers were quick to brand Laura "disgraceful" and "rude" after his bizarre introduction to Lib Dem leader Ed on her programme. Ahead of chatting to the politician, Laura detailed his many stunts he pulled off as part of his political campaign before 'supposedly' congratulating him.
Having her say, Carol labelled the exchange as "quite extraordinary" before suggesting that Laura is switched out for Victoria whom Carol insisted did not have any "bias". The furore stemmed from Laura's introduction of Ed in which she said: "This election made history for all sorts of reasons, and when you put the votes together, the smaller parties got their highest ever share of the votes. "Maybe it was the bungee jumping, or maybe given that the Liberal Democrats want to change the voting system, ironically perhaps they just learned how to play it better by ruthlessly targeting seats where the Conservatives had held them.
" As a video of Ed played in the backgro.
