Eight more acts will battle it out for their place in the Britain’s Got Talent final tonight with just two going through for a chance to perform for the Royal Family . But one act has already impressed true musical royalty. Madonna, her Madgeness, has given Northants Sings Out her seal of approval.
The superstar singer saw a video of the choir singing a version of her hit 2000 single Music - and shared it with her 20m Instagram followers. Now choirmaster Gareth Fuller is keeping his fingers crossed that the Queen of Pop will lend even more weight to Northants Sings Out campaign to win - as he revealed to the Mirror that Britain's Got Talent producers are making contact. " I am now expecting a phone call from her!" Gareth laughs.
" I'm joking but the fact she shared our video is wow. When I was told b our social media team I had to go an double check myself - it really was her. “We haven’t reached out yet, but it’s all in the pipeline to see what can happen,” he says.
”I think it would be pretty awesome for us to get to the final and get her message. I’d love everyone to vote to get us to Sunday’s final to make that happen. I can imagine her on the big screen now telling the audience -’Good luck Northants Sings Out - Just remember music makes all the people come together everybody’ That would be amazing!” Madonna shared Northants Sings Out video on her Instagram stories ( Image: AFP via Getty Images) The choir on BGT consists of 60 plus denim-clad singers .
