The new movie, which was announced in April , is titled Bridget Jones Mad About The Boy, and takes its title from the most recent Bridget Jones novel published in 2013. However the production is proving disruptive for those who live in and around the locations. Residents have been issued with letters warning them not to interrupt the shoot.
“The film is causing chaos in this part of North London where they are shooting a lot of the film. Neighbourhoods with stars such as Harry, Rami, Ricky Gervais and Rowan Atkinson, living there are all getting letters from the production about not interrupting shots," a source told The Sun . "It’s gone down like a lead balloon with some of them and of course some of the normal people who live and work there.
The letters have informed them about when filming is taking place and they have been asked to either leave their homes during this time or not to come and go at certain times.
