Bobby Brazier has revealed the sad reason he wanted to be booted off Strictly Come Dancing . The EastEnders actor, 21, made it to the final of the star-studded show with his professional partner, Dianne Buswell, last year. However, Bobby, who is the son of late Big Brother star, Jade Goody , said the fame that came with the series was 'overwhelming'.

Speaking about starring on the BBC show, which is watched by millions each week, he said: “I don’t want to be famous. Maybe I did when I was younger, but now I just want to act,” he revealed in an interview alongside his dad, Jeff Brazier . “The more I learn about fame, the less I’m interested in it. There were a couple of weeks during Strictly when it got too much. I only felt peace when I came home to be with Freddie, Dad and Kate, my stepmum.

I wanted to get voted off," reports The Times . While Bobby stressed that he 'loves his job', he predicts he will take a break from the entertainment industry in the future. He explained: “Don’t get me wrong, I love my job.

I love being on EastEnders and I love modelling But I’ll probably take a break at some point. Just travel, get inspired, meet new people. Dad will understand.

Who knows, he might come with me.” Duri.
