Billy Ray has allegedly accused his estranged wife Firerose of charging $96,986.05 on his credit card between the dates. of May 23 and June 7 of this year.
In an alleged court filing, obtained by , Firerose racked up the huge sum via 37 unauthorized charges. She allegedly used his American Express card, which the Achy Breaky Heart crooner claimed she was never authorized to use. Singer Billy Ray has reportedly asked to the judge to grant a temporary restraining order against his ex in an alleged bid to stop her from using the card and others he possesses.
He has also reportedly ordered that she pay the money back. And it appears that the pair's split is getting messier, as according to , Billy has cited infidelity as being the reason for the pair's split. A source claimed to the publication: "Billy and Firerose were always fighting and the relationship was intense and toxic at times.
Billy accused Firerose of cheating and it was the final straw for him." The insider allegedly added: "Miley [Cyrus], Noah [Cyrus] and their siblings never understood the relationship and why Billy married her so abruptly. No one approved of the marriage.
