Billy Ray Cyrus has reportedly accused his estranged wife, Firerose, of racking up $96,986.05 in unauthorized charges on his credit card. Allegedly laid out in a court document obtained by TMZ, Firerose is said to have made 37 unauthorized transactions with the "Achy Breaky Heart" singer's American Express card from May 23 to June 7 this year which he claims she was never given permission to use.

The country music icon is purportedly seeking a temporary restraining order to prevent Firerose from any further use of this and other cards he owns, demanding that she reimburse the expenditures. An insider is quoted by the magazine, saying, Billy and Firerose were always fighting and the relationship was intense and toxic at times.



Billy accused Firerose of cheating and it was the final straw for him, reports the Mirror US . The source purportedly continued: "Miley [Cyrus], Noah [Cyrus] and their siblings never understood the relationship and why Billy married her so abruptly. No one approved of the marriage.

" These developments come on the heels of earlier reports that Billy Ray, 62, had sought an annulment from Firerose, whose real name is Johanna Rose Hodges, just seven months into the marriage, as per US Wee.
