The Britain's Got Talent final continues to become a nightmare for one of the contestants. One member of the SSaulabi Performance Troupe shocked their Instagram followers by revealing the extent of an injury sustained during Sunday's live show. The South Korean taekwondo artist was one of the many contestants hoping to appear at the Royal Variety Performance and to bag the £250k prize.

Unfortunately, the victory was snatched from them by singer Sydnie Christmas who wowed judges and viewers with an emotional rendition of Somewhere Over The Rainbow. To make matters worse, and as spotted by a minority of ITV viewers in a blink-and-you-miss-it moment on Sunday, June 2, the performer struggled to leave the stage after injuring themselves during their routine. Taking to their Instagram story this Wednesday, June 5, 2024, the performer revealed their leg and right foot were heavily bandaged up as they lay in bed.



This comes after another shot in which they could be seen alongside their pals, surrounded by Paddington-themed gifts. They had previously shown off their leg in a painful-looking brace. The performer, who goes by the Instagram handle @chaw.

Eagle-eyed viewers swarmed over to social media after spotting the incident: "Did one of the performers just break their foot looked serious #bgtfinal," one fan wrote on X, otherwise known as Twitter.
