Once on BBC Two, Alex and Vernon celebrated the life and legacy of the late Michael Mosley.

They were also joined by star-studded guests on the famous green sofa, including actress Anne-Marie Duff who was promoting the second season of her hit Channel 5 series Suspect, and ex-Little Mix star Perrie Edwards. Following the schedule change, many took to social media as one viewer wrote: "Why can't we just stay on @BBCOne for @BBCTheOneShow." Another follower added: " BBC's obsession with sport.
