News broke last night, Saturday, July 13, that there had been an assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump during a Trump rally. Thomas Matthew Cooks, 20, shot at Trump with a bullet grazing the controversial politician’s ear with blood quickly dripping down his face.

One spectator was killed, two have been left critically injured and Cooks himself was fatally shot by the Secret Service.
