Bargain Hunt host dog episode for RSCPA's 200th birthday Bargain Hunt looked slightly different on Friday (June 14) and fans weren't happy about it. The BBC programme returned with a brand new episode as the red and blue teams went head-to-head in a "pet extravaganza" to mark the RSPCA's 200th birthday. Hosted by Christina Trevanion, the presenter welcomed red team members Matt and Georgie, who were joined by their pet pooch Sprocket.
Mother and daughter Val and Rachel made up the blue team and were accompanied by their dog Jack. Experts Caroline Hawley and Thomas Forrester were on hand to help out, with the contestants receiving £300 to spend on antiques. For their challenge, engaged couple Matt and Georgie were tasked with finding a four-legged item.
