A bartender has come out to back 's claims following his recent arrest for driving under the influence on Long Island, New York. The server, who works at the Hamptons hotel where he was reportedly partying before his , has said that the singer had one drink before leaving, which confirms what he said about having just one drink before getting behind the wheel. The unidentified bartender at the , New York, told that Justin had one drink before he left the hotel, where he was with his friends.
Another employee also told People, “If he was drinking more, it wasn’t here.” The New York Post previously obtained a complaint where the pop star claimed to have consumed "one martini." According to the Post's report, someone at the hotel called the cops before the singer left the hotel, saying they were afraid Justin was going to get behind the wheel.
"[They] said Justin was having a lot of drinks, and they told the cop to watch him if he is going to drive," the person reportedly told the Post. The Grammy winner blew through a stop sign in his 2025 BMW. Sag Harbor police began to follow him and pulled him over after he started swerving.
He was arrested around 12:15 a.m. on June 18 for driving while intoxicated after he "performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests" and reportedly repeatedly refused to take a breathalyzer.
