However, their influence extended far beyond Merseyside. By 1964, The Beatles had become international stars, adored by people worldwide. Despite landing in America for the first time on February 7, 1964, it appears that Americans are only now understanding why the Beatles is spelled with an A - not a double E like the insect.



According to TikTok, most Brits are aware of this clever play on words, but our American friends are just discovering it.
