Amanda Holden has opened up about her love for a certain type of barnyard animal, but is concerned she would be "heading for the divorce courts" if she brought one home. On Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston this morning, the Britain's Got Talent judge, 53, revealed she has always wanted a mini pig as a pet, but her husband Chris Hughes would "kill" her if she bought one. Speaking about her fondness for pigs, Amanda let slip that she used to collect china pigs as a child and dreamed of appearing on the 1970s TV show Multi-Coloured Swap Shop to show off her collection.

Jamie had already caught wind of Amanda's childhood obsession and decided to bring somebody onto the show with experience of owning a pig, their fellow Heart FM host, Fia Tarrant. Fia, drawing on her own experience with a pet pig , said she was a "little bit concerned" that Amanda wanted a mini pig, because she didn't think there was "such a thing".
