The TV presenter, 49, and her son, 19, both shared a hilarious video of Aidan slurring his words shortly after undergoing the surgery. Sitting in his hospital bed, Aidan spoke to his mother who was filming him, saying: 'I got my tonsils out, feeling good.
Slurring his words slightly, he added: 'Don't know what all the fuss is about really, it's fine, it's fine.' Alison could then be heard saying: 'Have a lick of ice-cream,' before Aidan replied: 'I'm not allowed, shh.'
