The ITV star has featured on the daytime talk show a number of times since her own slot on the network got canned, with some fans sending in requests to make her a permanent presenter. The 42-year-old was meant to mesh her A Place in the Sun expertise with the popular morning show last year with a segment that was scrapped before it ever made it to air.
Heading to Barbados, Laura was set to host a holiday dating segment near the end of last year but some reportedly inappropriate behind-the-scenes relationships forced an internal inquiry that sealed its fate. However, the mum-of-two assured her devoted fans that she isn’t quite going anywhere yet and is still a valued member of This Morning despite her recent absence from the show.
