Loren and Alexei had tension in their marriage after she decided to do a "mommy makeover" and go under the knife for cosmetic reasons, but looks like she's not done yet. In this exclusive clip from Sunday's new episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? , Loren stuns both Alexei and her parents when she tells them she wants to do go under the knife again to get more work done. Loren underwent liposuction and did a fat transfer after giving birth to three kids -- sons Shai and Asher and daughter Ariel -- despite her family and friends being against it.
Still, Loren said the surgery was extremely important to her and hoped that it would help her with her body dysmorphia. Alexei had a hard time taking care of their young kids by himself while she recovered and he accused her of downplaying the surgery beforehand. In the clip, Alexei says he's ready for everything to "go back to normal," but Loren throws a wrench in his plans.
"The reality is, is going into the surgery, I knew that I was gonna lose some of the fat transfer, but I lost more than I like, especially my boobs," she says. "So I told Doctor Dev, like, I'm happy with him and his work and it's amazing, and we actually discussed doing a second fat transfer." Alexei looks at her in disbelief and tells her bluntly that she's not doing the surgery again.
