Stop and realise that you are burnt-out - It is impossible to cure something when you are not even aware of the true nature of your current situation. If you find yourself with low motivation, decreased health, lack of sleep, poor performance, irritability, and constantly complaining – you need to acknowledge that burn-out has set it.
