Tafwyl, an annual festival celebrating Cymraeg and a load of brilliant Welsh-language music, comedy and arts, is back in Cardiff and is taking over Bute Park all weekend, from Friday, July 12 to Sunday, July 14. Headliners on Saturday night include indie-rock outfit Fleur de Lys and north Wales rock band Yws Gwynedd, and on Sunday include pop-rock group Gwilym and pop trio Eden. Saturday began with live performances in the late morning and Sunday will start the same way - with DJs playing until 10pm too.

There's plenty more to do at the festival, which is free to enter and includes kids' activities, arts events including comedy and talks - as well as loads to eat and drink. The festival has grown over the years and moved from Cardiff Castle to Bute Park last year to make room for its thousands of attendees.
