Wagamama, one of the UK's favourite high street restaurant chains, is introducing a tantalising new brunch menu to its extensive Asian offerings for the first time. From Wednesday, July 17, food enthusiasts will be able to enjoy a menu that combines elements from beloved Wagamama dishes with a breakfast twist, as well as innovative interpretations of brunch classics. The brunch menu will be available in 22 locations across London, and the North and South of the country, served between 8.

30am and 11.30am. Patrons can choose from small plates, larger plates or sharing options.

Highlights include the chicken katsu waffle, a fusion of two iconic dishes - the waffle and katsu chicken, featuring a perfectly golden-brown waffle topped with Wagamama's famous crispy panko-crusted chicken. Alternatively, customers can opt for a savoury or sweet topping for their waffle, choosing either the classic katsu sauce or a miso caramel vegan ice cream with rich toffee sauce. For those seeking a plant-based option, Wagamama will offer indulgent banana katsu waffles, promising a sweet, soft and crunchy dish.

Responding to customer demand for bao buns, Wagamama has developed a range of 'morning baos'. These fluffy buns come filled with a choice of bacon, sausage, vegan bacon or vegan sausage, reports Wales Online . The menu will also feature tempting sides like crispy Japanese-style corn fritters and bold, flavour-packed bang bang hash browns.

These are perfect for sharing so everyone can get a ta.
