Article content The 1995 post apocalyptic movie Waterworld portrayed a future in which most of the earth’s landmass was under water due to the melting of the polar ice caps.



Almost 30 years later, while that science fiction scenario hasn’t yet played out, the polar ice caps are melting, sea levels are rising to the point where coastal cities everywhere are being threatened. And we’re experiencing 100-year storms ..
