Manjimup’s beloved truffle festival will be arriving at Fonty’s Pool at the end of this month, with tickets currently on sale and several events and chefs already announced. Restaurant events and Chef’s Cabin events have been announced for this year’s Truffle Kerfuffle. Headliners Gary Mehigan and Christine Manfield taking over the restaurant events on the nights of June 28 and 29, while WA chefs Amy Hamilton and Paul Iskov will delight food enthusiasts on the mornings of June 29 and June 30.

Mehigan will bring a twist to French dishes during his event named The Truffle Journey, while Manfield will be bringing five courses of Asian cuisine made with the best of the west produce and ingredients in her event East Meets West. Hamilton is set to bring her passion of the South West region with her during her event Speaking Local, where the WA Good Food Guide regional chef of the year will bring four courses using the best of local truffles.



Iskov will finish the weekend with several unique dishes with truffles and native flavours in his event A Place, a Taste and a Story. Food writer Max Veenhyzen will MC the Chef’s Cabin events, where six chefs will provide cooking masterclasses over the festival weekend, with chefs including Mehigan, Iskov, Manfield, Evan Hayter, Brian Cole and Rebecca Sullivan.
