A woman has been hospitalised with a head injury after a crash involving an e-scooter following a Take That concert in Southampton on Sunday evening. Police rushed to Britannia Road, outside St Mary's Stadium, on Sunday, soon after the conclusion of the concert, following the collision. A spokesperson said a female pedestrian, who was in her 50s, suffered a head injury and is now recovery in hospital.
The crash happened at around 11pm at the junction of Britannia Road and Northam Road, and the e-scooter rider did not stop at the scene, Hampshire Police said. The e-scooter was not one of the Voi hire scheme vehicles.
