A MUM has defended herself after she shared her McDonald’s money-saving hack for feeding her children. The woman took to Facebook to reveal how she only spends £9.56 on herself and her three kids, instead of “the usual £25-£30” - but it didn’t go down well with everyone.

Taking to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, the McDonald's customer wrote: “Some might find this stingy but I don’t care. “I’ve just found a way to feed me and my 3 kids ages 10, 3 and 2 at McDonald’s for £9.56 instead of the usual £25-£30 and I’m annoyed I haven’t done it sooner haha.



“I got a share box of nuggets and three small fries which worked out plenty for all of us. “Youngest two had 3 each, me and the eldest had 8 each because we got 2 extra nuggies, which is like winning the lottery in the McDonald’s world. “People have probably been doing this for decades but if it enlightens at least one person then I’ll be happy.

” Her post has racked up over 1,500 likes, but some people were quick to chime in with their negative views. One said: “Learn to cook instead of wasting money on McDonalds C.r.
