Crown Perth’s Rockpool Bar & Grill is set to host a rare celebration of champagne, cuisine and ceramics in its exclusive Evening of Réflexion next month. Partnering with Champagne Lallier — founded in 1906 in one of France’s Grand Cru villages — guests willing to fork out for the unique dining experience will be taken on a six-course culinary journey designed to be complemented by the respected bubbly’s unique characteristics. Curated by Rockpool Bar & Grill executive chef Santiago Aristizabal, the evening forms part of a parallel series of dinners to be held simultaneously at Crown Melbourne and Crown Sydney.

Esteemed Champagne Master Tracy Mann will be talking Perth guests through the menu’s individual courses and pairings, which promises to feature Lallier’s latest release, Réflexion R.020, and archival vintages including Lallier Millésimé 2014. Not only has the menu been meticulously handpicked, but the prestigious Champagne House has enlisted the handcraftsmanship of Australian ceramicist Catherine Field to create a bespoke set of tableware devised to make the Entrees pop.

The bespoke table pieces will accompany the Paspaley Pearl Meat Ceviche on the night and remain in service at the venue for the remainder of August. Rockpool Bar & Grill’s Evening of Réflexion will begin at 6pm on August 7, with tickets priced at $299 per person (all inclusive). LALLIER RÉFLEXION R.
