Owner Tan Ming Leong spoke with passion about achieving the ideal balance of quality and affordability in every serving.

I strive to offer fulfilling meals at affordable prices, particularly during this challenging economic period,” he said.
Tan has been selling popiah for nearly six years, continuing his family’s four-generation legacy. “The business began with my great-grandmother, who created this popiah recipe and sold it in our neighbourhood. “This tradition continued through my grandmother and mother.
“I vividly recall helping my mother during her time in charge, as we transitioned from selling at home to operating this stall,” he said. Set F boasts oat-infused popiah wraps filled with a delightful mix of omelette, bean curd, fried onions, bean sprouts, lettuce, Chinese sausage, lard dregs and boiled eggs, all complemented by a blend of sweet and chilli sauces. While remaining true to the original recipe, Tan said he had made slight adjustments to cater to modern preferences.
“The focus is on health in this diet-conscious era. “One notable innovation is the oat-infu.
