Founded by Olivier Bertrand, a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for food, and Felipe Salles, an acclaimed chef with international experience, OLI wine&dine brings together innovative flavors and exceptional service. The all-day establishment features a diverse menu and an extensive selection of Portuguese craft beers and wines, along with a variety of international spirits which can be enjoyed on our terrace. At OLI wine&dine, our story is a tapestry woven from passion, creativity, and a love for exceptional food and warm hospitality.
This journey began with two individuals, Olivier Bertrand and Felipe Salles, who shared a vision of creating a unique dining experience in the heart of Lagos, Portugal. Olivier Bertrand, a culinary enthusiast from Belgium, has been passionate about food since childhood. After graduating from the prestigious Restaurant and Hotel School Ter Duinen in 1997, Olivier's career took him to Michelin Star restaurants and high-profile hospitality brands across Europe.
