A two-judge panel of the Telangana High Court directed the advocate who appeared for actor Jr NTR before the Debt Recovery Tribunal to file a personal affidavit giving details of the hearing before the Tribunal. The panel of Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Anil Kumar is hearing a writ plea from the film actor challenging an order by the Debt Recovery Tribunal regarding the attachment of his 681 square yard residential property in Banjara Hills, in the city. According to the petitioner, he bought the property in 2003 and cleared loans on the same taken by his vendor.
