Sydney restaurant Bistrot 916 in Potts Point is set to be demolished as a result of construction taking place on Challis Avenue. The go-to spot is known for its 'classic and delicious' French food 'without an obnoxious price tag' and has almost 500 five-star reviews from customers.
Bistrot 916 - the brain child of owners Dan Pepperell, Andy Tyson, and Michael Clift - first opened its doors to customers in February 2021. The trio have since added two other eateries to Sydney's must-visit list: Clam Bar in the CBD and Pellegrino 2000 in Surry Hills, where superstars Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter were seen dining earlier this year.
